No: Regional blocks are not a required in pregnancy. Can be done also when not pregnant.

Humidification: Liberal use of saline nasal spray, humidification of the room, forcing fluids and the very judicious use of decongestant nasal sprays.  If recurring and affecting your quality of life, you may need to see an ENT specialist to determine if you have other issues such and deformity of the nasal passages, septum, opening of the sinuses, tumor, or other problem.  Simple things first, though.

CRPS: If the nerve block (sympathetic block) is done early then it mahy be quite helpful. The longer the symptoms the less likely the block will help.

Yes : If you had an occipital nerve block, these symptoms may be the result of that nerve block. Should go away with time on its own. Please consult your primary care if they will not.

Yes: The reason for doing the test is to make sure that your tube is not blocked. The test can be uncomfortable, so i would take ibuprofen/alleve an hour before (as long as you don't have an allergy). You may also get antibiotics to take afterward depending on the test results.

See a doctor: You likely have an infection.  I would recommend seeing a doctor.  Probably need an antibiotic.

Headaches: I would consult with the individual who performed the nerve block.  You may have some residual swelling and inflammation associated with the injection causing residual pain.

Cerumen: Common cause for blocked ear is ear wax.  Consider otc cerumenolytic.

In good hands: In the hands of a good anesthesiologist, they are very similar and one will not be any worse than the other. If you know you are having a c-section ahead of time, ask to talk to the anesthesiologist about your options and risk/benefit of different options before the scheduled surgery.
