Breast lump ?s: "Lumps" in both breasts at age 22 may be simply from extra estrogen stimulation due to double ovulation.  Not generally a cause for concern.

Decrease in size: Fibrocystic breast disease is a common condition. Usually women will notice an increase in size and discomfort before menses (approximately 1-2 weeks prior) and a reduction in size and discomfort with the menses/period.

This is worthy of a workup that would include testing of thyroid function and screening for diabetes, for example.  Your symptoms are clearly linked to abnormal cycling which in most cases is hormonal in nature.

Breast: Breast are hormonally sensitive. They can become glandular and cystic during pregnancy and especially right before your period.
