Treat aggressively: Low B12 in early pregnancy significantly increases risk of neural tube defects, a serious birth defect. If this was my patient i'd give injections of methylcobalamin (not cyanocobalamin) 1000 mcg every day until levels come up ; test to make sure your baby was not already affected.

Sure.: All vitamin b-complex is water-soluble, ergo cannot cause hypervitaminosis during or outside of pregnancy. Any excess vitamin b will be excreted in your urine and not accumulate in your body. Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily too!

Yes, if needed: supplements are useful if you are low in any of the normal levels of vitamins.
Prenatal vitamins are a useful way to supplement, most, such as folate.

B12: B12 does not affect the menstrual cycle. Consider seeing an Obgyn to evaluate your irregular menstrual cycle.

Keep levels normal: A pernicious anemia patient can work with her primary care and ob-gyn doctor to find out how often she needs injections to keep her B12 level normal. Haven't seen any reports of B12 injections causing pregnancy problems, if the B12 is being used to prevent B12 deficiency. A common dose is 1mg each shot, with the patient getting a shot every few weeks or every month, depending on need.

Unrelated: B 12 injections are unlikely to affect the period. If you did not have sex since your last period, there is no concern. If you did, you may wish to repeat the pregnancy test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.

Needs further eval: If you are reporting the usual units for folate (folic acid) and B12, then they are high. The most likely explanation is that you are taking these in supplements anticipating pregnancy. If so, you are taking too much and should cut back to only recommended intake. If you are not taking supplements or medications, this needs prompt evaluation as it could be related to liver, kidney or bone marrow problems.

Healthy mom, baby: Developing fetus will get the nutrients it needs from mom. It gets calcium from mom's blood (via mom's diet, or her bones-doesn't care). Need B12  and folate (folic acid) for normal neurological development, to prevent some congenital abn; needs iron for cell growth and development. Mom needs supplement to prevent deficiencies (increased needs due to fetal development).

is it good to have a drink which contains soy protein, hi-maize, vitamin (a c b6 b12), thiamin b1, niacin b3, folate, (folic acid) sodium, potassium in pregnancy ?

Accepted Answer

Not clear: You should certainly discuss it with your obstetrician if you become pregnant. If you are placed on a vitamin by your doctor while pregnant, you should consider stopping this supplement though. (Not sure if this is a routine in Australia, but it is in the United States)  Regardless, your doctor's advice should be most important here. Good luck.
