Scientific Rx: Please forgive my frankness. You're wasting your hope and your money with the vinegar. There is nothing "spiritual" about believing obvious sucker pitches. Kidney stones are a serious threat to your health and perhaps your life, as well as being painful. This is the 21st century and you need an evaluation for possibly lithotripsy / shock waves or other interventions by a competent specialist.

See your doctor: who may refer you to a urologist for further management, you don't want to self treat a kidney / ureter stone without medical supervision, if it is an insurance problem, go back to ER or seek help in free clinics / University/, teaching hospital, wish you wellness

Bubbles: Foamy or bubbly urine is usually a sign of some protein in urine or a change in the PH of your urine (the vinegar and lemon juice).  If your pain has decreased, it is likely you have passed the stone.  6 mm is at upper end of size that you may pass on own, have your urologist recheck an X-ray to see if stone still present.  If it persists, there are ways for MDs to remove the stone.

Multiple.: A stone that size is not going to be amenable to the standard lithotripsy techniques. An important question is if there is any function left in the kidney. If not, the kidney is not doing any good except   serving as a potential source of serious infection, and  should be removed surgically. If the kidney should be saved, the stone can be removed surgically or by percutaneous nephrolithotomy.

Concentrate urine: Yes because it cause your urine volume to be reduced and consequently will raise the concentration of calcium oxalate facilitating crystalization if you have a predisposition of excessive calcium absorption of familial nature or a bowel problem with tendency for diarrhea.
Reducing the dose will allow for more dilute urine.
