No.: The sugar and acid in apple cider vinegar will change the "good" bacteria in your vagina, disrupting the normal natural balance. It can lead to infection and pain. The vagina is a self-cleaning organ and does not need any internal cleansing; douching in general is not recommended except in specific circumstances when a doctor recommends it. I would advise you NOT to do this.

There is no evidence: to show that apple cider vinegar improves chances of becoming pregnant.  Look up how to track your ovulation and thus the time of the month you are most fertile--by having sexual intercourse during those times your chance of becoming pregnant will be increased.  You doctor can help you with this!  Good luck.

Look into it: Apple cider can be very acidic and irritating to a sensitive stomach. Generally it should be tolerated but if you have an ulcer or other inflammatory process of the upper GI tract, the cider could be causing the lesion to be symptomatic. Discuss this with your internist.

Stop use of irritant: If you know the bleeding is from an irritant- stop the irritant. Never use it again. Flush the irritated area with plenty of tap water, colder is better (to help constrict the small bleeding vessels and produce clots.).
