Low heart rate.: 10 mg is a very low dose.  There should be virtually no side effects at that dose. At much higher doses you can have slow heart rate, .

No : Anxiety is a possibility. MS and ALS do not present with "shaky hands" and do not resolve with Lexapro. If you seek another opinion, see a neurologist.

Tremor: The commonest tremor is the intention tremor that only occurs when you are using your hands to write or drink coffee for example. Unlike Parkinson's disease tremor which is present when the hands are at rest. The intention tremor commonly runs in families. There are medications to treat intention tremors. A neurologist can evaluate and advise you best.

Get checked out: Although a 26 yo woman is unlikely to have life threatening cardiac issues your symptoms are certainly nothing to take lightly. See you health care professional and get checked out. You may have an easily treatable arrhythmia that is curable.

No Cure: The tremor, needs to be evaluated, if no neurological disorder is found, essential tremor may be treated with a variety of medications, with variable results.

Shaky hands: Could be a benign familial tremor but need family history of same. Resubmit question when you have more information about this in family members.

Many reasons: First on list is reaction to your medications as you may have too much synthroid (thyroxine) on board.  It is also possible that heredofamilial tremor is presenting, and there are many other causes for "shaky hands".   Your doctor can assist in uncovering the causation.

Essential tremor?: If this is essential tremor, beta blockers are ofte first line. Primidone, Gabapentin and topirimate may also be tried.
