Well I am not sure: About mustard oil but filtered or refined oil is fine if it is polyunsaturated or monounsaturated.  It is better to have pure oil rather than any impurities.  But since obesity and heart diseases is a problem - limiting your intake of all fats and oils would be helpful to a reasonable degree.

No: Anal fisting can cause rips or tears in the delicate rectal, anal ANC lower colonlining ( mucosoa) which can lead to bleeding, infection or prolapse.

Yes: All adults (male and female) have hair around the anus, some are just more prominent than others (just like facial or body hair).  Some have very little noticeable hair, others are very noticeable.

No: Not unless you had a nasty bleeding sore where your rubbed. This is basically safe stuff. However... you also say you have "oral thrush." This may be from your being on doxycycline for a while, but if a competent physician diagnosed oral thrush, it's time to figure out why. Be brave and get yourself an HIV test to rule that concern out.

: The transfer of sexual fluids also transfers any germs (STD's) contained in those fluids. Condoms provide some but not complete protection against a variety of STD's. If you are sexually active, getting screened for STD's every so often is part of a good practice.

Gonorrhea: It needs to be examined and possibly cultured. There are several symptoms that often mimic hemorrhoids.

Any : Any time someone is exposed to semen or blood from someone with hiv, they run the risk of contracting the disease.  Factors that increase your risk include breaks in skin or tissue.  While the behavior you are describing is less likely than unprotected anal sex, it is conceivable that one could catch HIV from this activity.

Not particularly : Masturbation isn't likely to help healing.  But if you have a very "vigorous" or intense habits that place excessive tension on the anorectal area, there is some small chance it could be harmful.

Other locations ?: Genital warts are transmitted from an infected source to a recipient through direct contact. If you have been exposed to genital warts from a sexual contact it might transfer from another site through scratching. Regular skin warts do not end up on genital skin. If you have a small growth it could easily be a skin tag or hemorrhoid remnant.
