Probably: Flushing after steroid injection is not uncommon. If it is from the antibiotic, that's a bit more concerning. If you have any trouble breathing, swallowing or feel faint, you should head to the er. It may be the start of an allergic reaction.

Many variables: It could be related to the antibiotics as they may have changed the homeostasis of the GI tract.  Color may be related to color of foods eaten recently

Discarge: Given your recent antibiotic injection discharge could be from yeast infection.  However, given the yellowish-green color BV would be more likely to cause that. Either way although you saw the clinic I would let them know. You should likely be seen again.

Ocular infection: Do not know what the doctor actually diagnosed or was treating, but there are few "eye infections" in a 6 mos old that would need a single antibiotic injection.  Hopefully this doctor is pediatrician.  If not, go and have your baby seen be a pediatrician. The CRP is a very non-specific indicator of inflammation and is not generally an indicator, by itself, of a need for antibiotics.
