Depends.: If the heart attack is occurring now, this patient should be in the emergency department and then cath lab for stenting or angioplasty.
I imagine this was something that came out on an ekg, the first step would be to have a physician confirm it.
If it is correct, then yes.  The medicines we try to get all patients with mi hx on are beta blockers, statins, ace inhibitors, and aspirin. Don't smoke.

Insuff. blood flow: This is a way of saying that part of the heart is not getting enough blood (ischemia). To help with localizing what part of the heart is affected, we divide the heart into (typically) six walls. This helps tie together stress test information with angiogram information so that we can target the right arteries for treatment if necessary. The anterior wall is the "front" part of the heart.

Rx anterior MI: The mainstay of treatment of heart attacks including anterior ones are medications. Almost all heart attack patients are treated with Aspirin (81 mg daily), a beta-blocker to slow the heart, a cholesterol medication, and possibly an ace-inhibitor blood pressure medication. For large anterior heart attacks temporary treatment with blood thinners (warfarin) may also be used.

MI? Cardiomyopathy?: Usually it means a previous myocardial infarction (heart attack), with damage to that part of the heart muscle; or perhaps cardiomyopathy. Speak with the cardiologist or other doctor who did the test.
