Get checked out: These pains can range from a reactive of inflammatory type of arthritis and muscular pain to degenerative spine disease.  I am most concern about so many joints being affected.  Go can get checked out.  There are labs that can be done to eval for autoimmune sources of joint pain.

Hard one: Unfortunately, based on the limited info you presented, it is essentially impossible to suggest anything. The WBC of 11.3 is only minimally elevated. Anc of 8916 is ok, but knowing the differential may help. Tibc without other iron studies provides very little insigh. The # itself appears elevated. An ESR of 28 is mildly increased but provides little info. Uric acid is high - gout is to be r/out.

See your doctor: These symptoms can only be adequately diagnosed only after a thorough evaluation by your doctor.  This may include labs and other satudies.  Once all of the information is in, your doctor can let you know what's going on, and what to do to help you.

Recovery or ?: Are you walking differently?  Are the muscles weaker than before?  This can cause these symptoms.  How long ago was the surgery, and what was done?  Where is the joint pain, and where is the vibration?

These symptoms may just be temporary as you complete your recovery.

The most: common cause of tightness, tingling, pain and aching in the back of the calf  without injury, is from a blood clot.  There doesn't have to be swelling and redness associated with it every time.  If you are having these symptoms get in for an exam and a likely DVT test.  Best wishes!

It could be, or more: Your guess is pretty reasonable, but it could also represent a metabolic or central nervous system issue.  Medicines you take could also be a contributing factor.  See your family doc to be sure..

It is possible : To have arthritis of the midfoot. Clinical exam and x-rays would be helpful in making the diagnosis.

Trumatic arthitis: When break your ankle especially when the break go through the joint you developed  a scar in the joint which make rough, this in turn cause the noise or the cracking.

Yes: Painless cracking or popping of a joint by itself  is very common and not a problem by itself. But, if it is a associated with pain or locking/unlocking it may represent arthritis or a loose piece of bone or cartolage floating around in the joint. See a doctor and get at least an x-ray.
