Be glad: Whwn there is no serious disfigurement, something that gets comments, it is usually best not to try to change your natural features or complexion. I gather that you are light completed and do not tan. Many people consider this a plus. Talk to a few friends and if they agree, just decide this is who you are. Take good care of your health and stay fit and you will look wonderful.

Red cells are red!: When severe anemia is present, there are fewer red blood cells in circulation. The red cells give lighter-skinned people some color. Thus, with anemia, people are less red, and appear pale.
