Can be Complicated: Complete ais isn't usually discovered until a girl fails to menstruate & has little or no pubic/underarm hair. No uterus, but those w/cais have intraabdominal testes which are removed because of cancer potential. Female by default as they can't respond to androgens in utero.  Partial ai: babies are born with variable degrees of virilization. Assigning sex can be complicated.

Short answer...no: I think it is important to understand that supplements and herbal remedies differ from traditional medications, both prescription and over-the-counter, in that, by law, they are not required by the government to have the same rigorous standards of proving that they are safe and effective by the fda.  As long as a product has a disclaimer that it does not claim to treat any illness, the company selling it is basically able to make many claims regarding what the product can do.  These products may well be effective and safe (although i would not spend my money on them unless they had data showing that they are indeed safe and effective), but they may not be.  Also, interactions with medications you take for other conditions may occur, and there is no way of knowing this 100%.  I would advise caution.

Additionally, be aware that there are a great many products out there offering "male enhancement" or "improved sexual performance".  None of these products are regulated by the fda, and none have shown any data proving their safety or efficacy.  Despite this, many of the companies manufacturing these products make a great deal of money.  I think a good rule of thumb is, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Male estrogen: Testosterone may be converted to estrogen by an enzyme called aromatase, which is produced in adipose (fat cells). This can be treated - I suggest that you consult a urologist who is experienced in managing men with low testosterone.

Testo therapy: Hi. Testo therapy doesn't "cure" any form of hypogonadism, just like insulin therapy doesn't cure diabetes and thyroid hormone therapy doesn't cure hypothyroidism. Testo therapy just replaces a deficient hormone (like insulin and thyroid do). Testo therapy does NOT make sperm. In fact if you take testo, your sperm count DROPS. Other treatment is needed to make sperm. Good luck!

Hypogonadism: Our body at age 26 does not stop making testosterone without a good reason.  You need to have your morning testosterone level checked, along with thyroid panel and liver enzymes.  Most ED  at your age group ususally is pyschogenic cause, but hormonal etiology and mechanical sources must be ruled out.

Yes!: There's no such thing as a free lunch, so yes, there are disadvantages to pellet therapy for testosterone replacement. 1st it's an invasive procedure (so if you don't like getting stuck w/needle, you won't like idea of trochar). 2nd greater risk of infection, pain &amp; extrusion 3rd we can only guess how much you need based upon weight etc - so it's difficult to adjust if necessary eg more/less pelle
