Labs are secondary: Visible lesions here are diagnosed primarily on the physical exam. If the lesion could be syphilis, you'll want labs. If the lesion could be chlamydia / gonorrhea, microbe studies. If it's a visible lesion, consider biopsy. Big lymph nodes? History and physical exam.

No: The best way to evaluate penile and cavernosal blood flow is with Doppler ultrasound. This can generally be done in the office by a urologist

My answer: I believe you were informed that you had problems but were not "significant".  I do not quite understand whether you do or don't have a pinched nerve in the neck, and you do not say what body part was CT scanned.  Nor am I clear about anxiety.  Best to sit down with your doctor, be assertive, and have all of this clarified

Impossible to say: The strength of erections is dependent on a large number of variables, many physical and many psychological/emotional.  Blood flow can be effected by diabetes and other vascular problems, the nerves may be damaged by literally hundreds of conditions, and emotional issues (being under stress, conflicts with lovers etc.) may also play a role.  If this persist and is troublesome, a urologist may help.

One of the first antibiotics, penicillin killed most germs until some strains mutated &amp; became resistant. Until the mid 70's penicillin killed most gonorrhea strains, now it won't. Overuse or inappropriate sharing of abx by the population increases germ resistance. These are the basic facts.
