NO: My opinion only but you risk anal tearing which can be very painful and result in fissures not to mention possible PERFORATION of your lower bowel (Rectum)

: Yes, it should heal naturally. If bleeding recurs even you use lubricant appropriately, internal hemorrhoid could be present. Please take caution in cleaning and do not share the toy for avoiding STDs.

??Perforation??: If you had bowel perforation that went untreated you would not survive! if you scratched/scraped/cut some of the inner surfaces in your rectal area it obviously healed to some degree but may have left some scarred tissue. If you cut the muscles within the anus, it could cause a stricture or a difficult to close outlet. A simple rectal exam by your doc could provide better info & help you improve.

Option : Option 1: go to the hospital and have the foreign object removed from your anus
option 2: the object puts pressure on your rectum and erodes a hole into it then you get very sick from infection and then you end up at the hospital much much sicker in a very serious condition.
Be smart, go to the hospital.

: Without fever and upper GI symptoms, perforated bowel with acute abdomen is less likely, especially if bowel movement has been normal. Your symptom could be due to the injury of rectal or sigmoid mucosal surface. I wonder if you observe your stool during BM last couple days. If you have not had any BM after the event then go to ER if pain gets worse or other symptoms develop. Good luck.

Anal sphincter: The muscle around the anus(sphincter) is probably being rubbed when you place your finger or toy inside the vagina. The vagina and anus are very close together and if there is a external hemorrhoid present, injury is even more likely.

HPV : Hpv is  transmitted through genital contact, (vaginal  sex, anal sex and oral sex). It is not passed by inanimate objects.

: Oral is the commonest way for infection but oral/anal/ object infection can occur. There is a good chance that the ameba were dead if the surface was not wet. Not a good idea to share such objects.
