Many causes: The most common cause with birth control pills is missed pills. Other bc can cause irregularity. Pregnancy is one possibility, and there are many others-- infections, stds, a cervical or uterine polyp, fibroids, and other causes including precancerous or even cancer.  See your doctor to be sure.  If it's vaginal bleeding, it's not likely to be caused by anal sex--which can cause rectal bleeding.

: Pregnancy requires that fertile sperm get inside the female genitals, traverse the vagina to enter the cervix &amp; go from there to the fallopian tubes. Sperm require a selectively perfect environment to survive &amp; their mobility is very limited. If you decide that sperm somehow got inside you could get pregnant. If not you won't.

Rectocele: Chronic constipation or inflammatory bowel disease are also causes of rectoceles in your age group. It is important to have a complete physical exam, including a good rectal exam. Increase both the amount of fiber and fluids you consume, as even if this is not the cause of your problem, it will certainly help symptomatically.
