Anal fissure possibl: If' you've had persistent pain for six months since anal sex, you need to be evaluated by a surgeon (general or colo-rectal).  If you have new pain, especially with a bowel movement you probably have a fissure.  Use a stool softener (not a laxative) - colace (docusate sodium) or similar - twice a day until it's easier to go.  Regardless, you should see your doctor.

If : If you are using an artificial penis or anal dilators on your partner, this could lead to physical damage to the anus and the rectum over time, which could eventually lead to loss of bowel control. In addition if the instrument used is not cleaned properly prior to use there is a risk for infection.

: See the physician who performed the hysterectomy, for guidance.  In the time frame mentioned, there is still significant inflammation due to the surgical procedure, so pain is generally still present with any kind of activity, including that described.

I would avoid either: Intercourse should never be so painful that it requires medication. There are many instructional videos or books available to help with introducing anal sex into your relationship.  However, remember, the anus was not designed for sex, i would recommend staying with traditional vaginal intercourse.

Right side of what?: If you have severe pain or bleeding recommend medical eval. Anal receptive sex can cause tearing of anal tissues including perforation of the colon. Repeated anal sex can weaken the anal sphincter muscle ; cause problems with incontinence. It can also lead to transmission of sexually transmitted diseases and other infections.

Yes: Generally though it is unadvisable to engage in anal sex. The tissue of the rectum is very delicate and you run the risk of perforation.
