until proven otherwise this is most likely a simple hemorrhoid.  If it is not painful, itching or bleeding it is best to leave alone.  

You would want to keep the area clean and to soften your stool so you do not cause the lump to increase. If anything changes please make an appointment at your medical office.

OK to live with it: Small degree of prolapse may be a little itchy, and wiping may not be as quick and clean, but no treatment is necessary unless it bleeds or prolapses a lot.

Sore anus after diar: sore anus and bleeding after diarrhea not uncommon and usually associated with irritation of hemorrhoids as a result of diarrhea. Over the counter remedy would be Preparation H (red label with hydrocortisone) twice daily up inside the rectum for 7 days. Of course if diarrhea continues, contact your doc.

Many things: Including hemorrhoids, fissures, fistula, abscess, and tumors of the anus, rectum or colon both benign and malignant. No amount of bleeding is normal. All bleeding should be thoroughly evaluated and not ignored.

First confirm source: Bleeding per rectum may originate in the anal canal, the rectum, or further up the line. Frequent anal sources of bleeding include hemorrhoids & fissures, that may respond to modifying stool texture (fiber, softeners) and topical agents, or require further intervention. Similar bleeds can be seen with anal & rectal cancer, infections, ischemic colitis, diverticular bleeds, inflammatory bowel, etc.

BRBPR: This may just be hemorrhoids from straining but bleeding from rectum (brbpr) may also indicate anal fissures, proctitis (due to infection, inflammatory bowel disease, radiation therapy, stercoral ulcers, rectal prolapse, trauma, etc.) or a bleeding source further upstream. Depending on age, risk factors, current medication (aspirin, nsaid's, anticoagulants cause bleeding), get her evaluated asap.

Varies: This can be as simple as a fissure in the anal opening due to hard or bulky stools.This produces bright red blood in small amounts on the surface of the stool. If darker to purple and mixed in with stool, it could be an infection. It could be something as offensive as trauma from sexual abuse.

Hemorrhoids: Those bluish bumps are most likely hemorrhoids, varicose rectal veins.  The most important thing is to keep your poops soft by eating a lot of vegetables and fruit and drinking water.
