i'm feeling burning after bowel movement, sometimes rectal cramps, and pressure in rectum. i had anal fissure a few months ago. sometimes i see mucus in stool and sometimes it completely disappears. reports are ok
what should i do now?

: Would follow up with gastroenterology , consider colonoscopy. May be early inflammatory bowel or food intolerance .monitor what you ate before the events occurred. May also be constipation  or hemorrhoids high fiber- greens sweet potatoes , prune juice can help. F/u/ w/ MD

A CT isn't the: best tool to diagnose an anal fissure. Are you having any bleeding? Does pain get worse with BMs? Straining? Constipation? Your symptoms could be from hemorrhoids, persistent anal fissure, constipation, colonic inertia, IBS or IBD. You need to see a primary care doctor and possibly GI. Good luck!

Normal: It will feel bad until after it is fixed. You will need to see a surgeon to get help.

You know your body: Anal fissures do not absolutely contraindicate against vaginal intercourse, but be prepared to stop if painful, especially since you have a history of demonstrated recurrences.

when i urinate, i feel pressure in my anal (i urinate while standing). i have anal fissure which is not healed and i'm on medications. is this due to anal fissure?
i had proctoscopy a month ago and it was ok?

: When you urinate  the muscle around the neck of the bladder relaxes then contracts when you are done this is right in the vicinity of the anal fissure which has not yet healed .Once that heals your urinary discomfort will also go away. You'll be fine

6 months ago i had anal fissure. sometimes fissure heals and sometimes again pain starts. 2 weeks ago dr. said my fissure is now healed and still sometimes i feel pressure, cramping, and anus is too much tight after all efforts. please guide me?

See your doctor: Your fissure may not be healing properly.  Sometimes they form a fistula which can compromise bowel and bladder function.

Usually not: Unless it has become infected and an abscess has developed or if there is an associated hemorrhoidal involvement. Best to be examined by a colorectal surgeon promptly.
