Absolutely!: Aspirin and all the other NSAID drugs (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.) can thin your blood and make bleeding worse.  If you have an anal fissure you should avoid these drugs, and see a doctor about the fissure.  It's a painful thing to have and there are treatments!

ANAL FISSURE ASPIRIN: If there is red bleeding with the stools, than you stop the Aspirin and you can try sitz bath, topical anesthetics and stool softners  and high fiber diet.If that is not successful than you then you consult a colo rectal surgeon, there are choices of local treatment with nitroglycerine ointment, Nifedipine ointment or topical diltiazem.Nitro can cause headaches.Or direct injection of Botox can be give.

Avoid constipation: Constipation and forced bowel movements are the root cause behind formation of the fissure.  It is a tear in the skin inside the rectum that occurs when it stretches too far while passing hard stool.

Yes: A chronic fissure will often develop a "sentinel tag"  at the base of the fissure.  If you have growths elsewhere it may be unrelated to the fissure.

Depends: If the fissure is acute and shallow, correction of an abnormal bowel  issue will resolve it in 2-3 weeks. A chronic fissure may stop bleeding but may not heal without surgical correction. You need to be properly evaluated with a discussion of your diet, fluid intake, bowel pattern and confirming the diagnosis with followup to confirm actually healing even if the symptoms resolve. Start with GP: Before jumping to treatment make sure you have the diagnosis confirmed with your GP. Fissures are not commonly cut and/or drained and they are typically seen in inflammatory bowel disease. If surgery needed your GP will be able to advise based on your insurance plan.

: Regular exercise and sports shouldn't aggravate a healing or healed anal fissure but the bearing down like you're straining to have a bowel movement does. If you don't require such a straining motion during basketball or badminton, these activities should be ok for you. On the other hand, weight lifting would be a no no!

Wouldn't think so: Anal fissures are common &amp; usually reflect hard or bulky stools or stools that pass too fast. HPV is a site specific germ &amp; if there is no anal sex (which can cause fissures) there is little reason to expect HPV would be there.

Depends: There are a lot of qualitative terms in your question. 

Anal fissures normall cause bleeding that you see on the toilet paper or toilet bowl. A small drop of blood in a large bowl of water can seem like a lot of blood. 

Depends on how you are rating what a lot of blood is, when and where you are seeing it and other symptoms.  

Blood clots are not typical for a fissure, but possible.
