Hard to say: It is difficult without an examination to provide an accurate answer to your question. However, a visit to the GYN MD to utilize Laparoscopy to look for endometriosis is warranted.

Obvious blood: In stool can be from a polyp or hemorrhoid but when you add in mucous you may have an infection or less likely an inflammatory bowel disease.  Rarely, if there is a positive FH of colon cancer, a young person may have it.  If it persists,  seek medical care.

See your physician: although rectsl bleeding is usually benign at your age (hemorrhoids) it can also be due to other causes ( AV malformation, divertium, Meckles, or cancer).  It is important to be evaluated and will likely require a colonoscopy to rule out more concerning causes

See doctor: Frequent constipation often leads to hemorrhoids and thus fiber supplements may be very helpful.  On the other hand, it is time for you to get a colonoscopy even without these symptoms.  Make an appt with a GI doctor soon.

No: Not all anal bleedings are due to hemorrhoids. There are so many other reasons like fissure, diverticulosis, ischemic colitis, avmalformation, crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, perforated peptic ulcer, drug effect and cancer etc. It is serious matter and should be addressed on emergency basis. BRBPR/ clots: There are many potential causes of brbpr/ clots. All bleeding should be evaluated by your physician. The most common is bleeding internal or external hemorrhoids or an anal fissure. Good bowel habits (i.e., not using the bathroom as a reading room--sitting for prolonged periods on the toilet), a high-fiber (greater than 30 g/day) low fat diet, and a minimum of 64 oz. Of water per day, should help.

Well, it could: Be hemmorroids or a skin tear called a fissure.  Your young but when we hear anal bleeding we generally suggest u get seen.  Try MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) for constipation, this can worsen hemmorroids.

Many things: Including hemorrhoids, fissures, fistula, abscess, and tumors of the anus, rectum or colon both benign and malignant. No amount of bleeding is normal. All bleeding should be thoroughly evaluated and not ignored.

First confirm source: Bleeding per rectum may originate in the anal canal, the rectum, or further up the line. Frequent anal sources of bleeding include hemorrhoids & fissures, that may respond to modifying stool texture (fiber, softeners) and topical agents, or require further intervention. Similar bleeds can be seen with anal & rectal cancer, infections, ischemic colitis, diverticular bleeds, inflammatory bowel, etc.
