Hemorrhoids: Anal discomfort including aching, throbbing, and itching are often symptoms of hemorrhoids. Sitting for too long can aggrevate them. Get up and move around more. Avoid constipation and straining on the toilet. May want to try an otc cream such as preparation h or tucks (witch hazel) pads.

Yes: Start with something easy on your stomach like bananas, yogurt, rice, soup or ice cream.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

It depends: if your symptoms persists of having blood in the bowel movements, you need to see a gastroenterologist(gi doctor).  you will want to discuss your travel history and if there was any trauma to the area with your doctor.

Unlikely: If the coconut oil helped and your symptoms have resolved the problem was more likely mechanical irritation to the anal area.

Lab results : For the ALT is a liver enzyme and is elevated. The AST,another liver enzyme test , is in the normal range however. The remainder of the lab results noted are unremarkable. Medications can cause elevation of liver function tests. A thorough history and physical examination by your doctor would be advised in looking at all of your lab results in light of the medicines that you take.

Probably: Not a polyp. Either a hemorrhoid or a secondary fistula opening, or small abscess. Probably best to get it looked at by your pcp or a colorectal doctor.

More info needed: there are many causes. Injury, hemorrhoids, infection causing abscess, fissure (paper cut type of thing on the anal skin), anal cancer.  At your age I recommend to see a specialist for evaluation

Depends on the size,: Duration, appearance and the source. You need to rule out an abscess which at times may require drainage or antibiotics. Please see your primary doc for further workup. For the time being soak your bottom in warm bah tub. Put a dressing n it so it doesn't rub against clothes and avoid putting pressure on it when you sit down.

Irritation: Wash daily during your period with a hand held shower and air dry. This may be due to chronic moisture from wearing a pad.

Hemorrhoid Possibly: You may have a hemorrhoid if it is right on or coming out of anus itself --try otc hemorroidal creams and also not sitting for long periods of times also epsom salt baths at night and using tuck's pads for toilet wiping can hep as well if not getting better have doctor check.
