False + test cocaine: You need to look at the specific test done and see what things give a false positive test. Not likely is my guess or they would have warned you.

No Proof: The only medical trial to test this was done in on 33 Amoxicilin pts in 2008 and no false positives were found: http://jat.oxfordjournals.org/content/32/4/315.full.pdf

Contrast this with the thousands who claim this to be true on the net and we have a dilemma.
 Perhaps a Lexisnexis legal search for case law is more meaningful as legal perception is reality.

What is your source: There are both and lay medical literature citations which will state a causal relationship between amoxicillin and cocaine in a urine drug test.  However, check this link out. It comes from what I consider to be a highly reputable source which states that there is NO relationship between those 2 things:

Autoimmune test?: What test are you referring to? It is possible that an antibiotic like Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) may produce false positive results on some tests, and more likely that prednisone would produce false negative results, but this should be discussed with the doctor who ordered the tests.

No: Although screening tests be test positive for closely related compounds, screening tests are just that and are not valid until confirmed by specific tests such as gas chromatography or mass spectroscopy which are highly specific and have virtually no false positives.

Depends: You are okay as far as your sore throat is concerned, but there is question about your thought process. Tattooing is a form of self-mutilation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

had strep  and compete the amoxicillin.(2nd time in 45 days).  still have pus pockets on tonsil. am i still positive for strep?

Probably : Probably. Do u have pain or fever? If so u may need alternate antibiotic.

Probably Okay: If you are afebrile and asymptomatic it should be okay.  Otherwise you should wait until your infection has resolved.
