If having sex regularly and still not getting pregnant, tests can be done to check hormone levels, patency of the fallopian tubes and uterine shape,  sperm counts on male partners,  and meds can be given to stimulate ovulation if not regularly ovulating.

Premature Orgasm: Premature ejaculation is a very common condition...Especially when one is young.  This problem can be helped with practice.  You may want to get to reading some sex books to learn techniques. But, with practice edging up to an orgasm and then backing off one can train themselves to wait or control when they ejaculate. This will come with practice.
