Con=infection: Why risk it? All the things you listed are very absorbable via oral route with no risks of infection.I doubt a reputable dr is offering this injectable cocktail.

Please get some education on this matter and stop what could be dangerous for you.  A sixteen year old male does not need anything extra for body building. They need good calories of calcium and protein. Where are you getting your medical advice?
