Not likely: Having intercourse that late in the cycle would be well after ovulation and would have a very low probability of causing a pregnancy.  Hope this helps!

?????: What is the ? , but obviously you will get testing and an amiocentesis if indicated and you want it, if you were my pt not knowing all your details i would immediately refer you to the perinatolgist that I use so you can be counseled and worked up  to make sure you unborn fetus is normal ( or not), so you can procede accordingly.

4-5 months: The baby's outer ears start to develop after about 5 weeks into fetal development. The bones in the inner ear that transmit sound won't be fully developed until after birth but start to function at around the 4-5 month time. No limit: There is no age limit for consulting a Fertility MD, however at age 16 it is very unusual with unprotected intercourse over 2 years to not be pregnant. You need to see a regular GYN MD just to be sure all "the parts are present and in good working order".
