See primary: There are lots of things that remain digested and pass though undigested or look different.See you primary and they can send off a stool culture ,ova and parasite screen to determine if thre is anything there to worry about.

Jelly Stool: The stools of infants vary greatly in color and texture ranging from loose mustard yellow to hard dark brown. However, a jelly secretion implies a blockage of stool from passing and is of concern.  If your baby is comfortable and without other problems, call your doctor for further advice and care.  If your baby has any other symptom ( crying, fussy, bloated, etc) seek immediate help, go to ER.

Could be fissure: Burning at anus is usually from irritation from
diarrhoea, anal fissure ( tear in llining)  or from too
 much cleaning with soap ( perfumed). Try to use 
simple soap (baby) and apply vaseline or baby oil
outside after BM or shower .

See ur pcp ; GI: The maroon coloured stool could be blood. If that is the case then it will need further investigations. Please see your primary care and a GI physician. Please keep a record of any further abnormal stools which you can present to the physician. Hope this helps.

Several issues....: First, I'm not clear if you have things that are shaped like almonds embedded in your stool, or if your stool itself is almond-shaped. Second, it is also not clear why you have not eaten anything for three days, but that is a major red flag. Food is essential for survival, and you shouldn't be fasting for 3 days at a time. Finally, you really need to see a primary care doc or GI specialist ASAP.

This is a perfect description of a liver problem (but only if the  urine is dark brown !). There's lots of liver problems (infection, irritation, poisoning and many others).
Other categories of causes.
Not absorbing food (fat, protein, or carbohydrate).
Mostly, not serious diet or viral causes.
but need dr visit.

It is normal for: stool to be anywhere from light yellow to dark brown. Black or white stools are concerning. In the absence of other symptoms this is nothing to worry about and is normal for you and what you eat.
