Benadryl: Is commonly used for mild allergic reactions. Would suggest avoiding taking the clonazepam in the same time, due to possible overlap of side effects with Benadryl. Best would be to inform your clonazepam prescriber or your PCP in case your allergy is not responding to benadryl, so that you can be seen and treated promptly.

Another option is to go to your pharmacy and explain your situation.  The pharmacist can attempt to contact your doctor on your behalf.  Either way, you  will most likely manage between Thanksgiving and Friday, when you can get your script filled.

20 hour half-life: Klonopin (clonazepam) is one of the longer acting benzos, lasting 20hours.  So twice day dosing is usually sufficient.  If you are abusing it and hoping to avoid a positive drug test, if might show up in your urine up to 5 days (5- half-lives to clear any medication)

Not recommended: Most physicians would not recommend tablets that expired over 3 years ago. However the us army did a study on pills over 20 years old that were found to be effective if they had not powderized. Nevertheless, i don't feel you should use those klonipin pills.

: Since medications like klonopin don't affect the menstrual cycle, I would doubt longterm use of klonopin  causes significant hormonal changes, but I would like you ask your gynecologist or your pharmacist this question.

Very high dose: 10 mg is a very high dose of klonopin, (clonazepam) and indicates that the person either overdosed or is extremely tolerant of the medication.  Either situation is dangerous.
