Common cold: if you are still congested despite taking allegra D , you may want to try saline nasal wash then briefly OTC nasal steroid spray, but read the labels well and use it right, trust that you are not hypertensive to start with while on allegra D, if no improvement see your doctor

For example, if you want a pain reliever get Tylenol, or if you want a decongestant use phenylephrine or better Afrin for 2- 3 days is ok.
