Accepted Answer

No: It is medically necessary for all people that work with patients with c. Difficile to be aware that they have it so that they can take the necessary precautions to prevent its spread throughout the facility. Also the aides must gown and glove to prevent acquiring the infection themselves.

if u have eczema can the implant make u brake out in eczema evan more? i've had my implant in a year and alf and ever since i've had it in my eczema is bad

Allergic reaction: It is possible that you are allergic to the silicon. Make an appointment with an allergist for a patch test to verify your allergy.

can you tell me for tooth975, worried about surgery & changing treatment plan to alf and twin block for 12mm overjet?

Accepted Answer

See a Specialist: Twin block appliances are moderately successful for treating growing children, and they DO NOT work for adults.  a 12mm overjet is significant.  You need to be evaluated by an Orthodontic Specialist, who only does Orthodontic treatment, with specific training in resolving malocclusions such as yours.  Assembly=line "orthodontics" can damage faces.  See a Specialist.

my mom is in an alf with dementia, and will not brush teeth, but she will swish mouthwash twice daily. although not the best, is this ok oral hygiene?

Ideal oral hygeine: Ideally, she would do flossing, brushing and swishing during the day.  Sometimes it is important to have someone do this for us.  Some of the dental providers may wish to comment.

Having someone brush your teeth is very upsetting.  Perhaps it makes sense for her to do what is comfortable, maintain self-care activities that she can, and continue to see the dentist, if possible.

mom has dementia, in alf. is not bathing/brushing teeth. what can the staff do to keep her hygienic? will she cooperate more as dementia progresses?

Limited choices: She'll probably cooperate less as dementia progresses. 
Try scented, packaged wipes (handi wipes) for general hygiene and flavored, sponge tooth swabs for oral care. The pleasant scents and flavors may induce her to consent to their use.
The staff are limited as to what they can do if the patient resists.

i am 28 years old male virgin. i have been a prone masturbator all my life, also have pinhole phimosis and will get circumcised. will i ever be able to have normal sex with a partner after circumcision if i stop prone masturbation? please help me?

: Circumcision will not alter whether or not you have normal sex. That issue is more in your mind than the anatomy. Whether you have self sex or with a partner is not very different, except for the effort involved recruiting and maintaining a partner relationship. The plumbing works the same either way.

Chemotherapy: If you mean acute lymphocytic leukemia, it is usually treated with chemotherapy.

Get treated: I agree that you most likely have a lower urinary tract bacterial infection, possibly in the bladder, prostate gland or urethra. After submitting a clean catch urine culture and colony count, which may take 48 hours for results, I recommend getting started on  antibiotics (which can be changed if needed)without waiting for results of the culture. Go to the emergency room for prompt attention.
