Glade: It would depend on how much you drank .A small amount may cause you to vomit and perhaps have diarrhea. However a large quantity could be more dangerous

Depends on the child: If a child has asthma, strong scents can trigger symptoms.  Also, some children have allergies to certain chemicals.

Tachycardia : This is rapid/increased heart  rate for 30-60 minutes after treatment. Occasionally - mean not always. Some kids may become temporary agitated  after treatment up to one hour. All side effects temporary and completely resolved after medication are stopped .

U r adding irritants: to your already inflamed airways, better avoid those irritants till you sort out what kind of inflammation you have, whether allergic or non-allergic chronic inflammation, meanwhile use saline nasal washes often. No concern: My statements made with the assumption that this was an accidental inhalation in a closed space one time.  Therefore, the symptoms you had should have abated now,,without any longer lasting effects. Remember to be in a ventilated space when you pour large amounts of bleach or chlorine and other aromatic chemicals.

Not from this: One type exposure to air freshener spay is not going to affect your health or risk for cancer.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
