i feel like there's a air bubble in my eye, every single day when i blink it makes a click noise and goes away but then comes back what is it ??

Inside or outside ey: The symptoms may be a problem on the outside of the eye rather the inside of the eye.  It may be tendons on the muscles the turn the eye from side to side. I can't say for sure but this can be evaluated by your ophthalmologist as a start.

Air bubble: This bubble is probably a conj cyst...A benign swelling on the surface of the eye due to irritation, such as dryness, allergy, or a contact lens....Try systabe drops 3 times per day...If not better in aday or two, call your local eye doctor.

Don't know: But when I hear patients describe popping sounds, the first thing I check out are the TM joints for displacing meeniscus. Pain associated with the TM joints suggests that there is an unresolved infection. Get checked by an ENT for both TM joints and ears.

Gurgle: Your esophagus traverses your neck and ends up meeting your stomach underneath the diaphragm on your left side. Air and fluid may gurgle, nothing to worry about. Stay calm and carry on.

Bronchospasm: Of course you do. Your body does not want your smoke or fire or the tar and other chemicals from smoking. It causes your lungs to constrict and to react and to get swollen and inflamed.  I am happy to hear that you are finally listening to your body complain to you.

Even so, if it is truly sir trapped in the neck tissues, you need to have a thorough evaluation and tests from your doctor to get to the root  cause.

Air embolus: This is only a problem if you get an injection into an artery  leading to the head.  Otherwise, air for instance in veins is easily handled during the transit of the blood through your lungs.

Need clarification: It may be that the Chiari is a coincidental, non-correlative finding, and that other mechanisms are responsible for your problems.  A neurologist can help sort out the various considerations, and provide some guidance.  If there is chance of increased intracranial pressure, treatment can control and even reverse.
