Lvh: Sounds like you had a nuclear stress with a small anterior perfusion defect )not uncommon especially in people with more breast tissue).  Cardiologist should clarify whenever possible & many newer nuke cameras are capable of attenuation correction which aids in caricaturing.  Image interpretation is highly subjective.  Lvh is hypertrophy of the left ventricle.  Seek further evaluation antreatment.

Scan: I assume  This is a nuclear cardiac stress test and if so, is consistent with scarred heart muscle possibly related to coronary artery blockages and old damage. I presume that your EKG was also abnormal. These important findings are best evaluated by a cardiologist skilled in interpreting nuclear cardiac scans, and who knows all your findings. Coronary Angiography may be recommended.

Hard to say: It means that your cervix is somewhat dark appearing on the scan. The cervix can have many appearances all of which can be normal. Just follow up with ob/gyn for a pelvic exam but most likely it's nothing.

Imaging Artifact: Soft tissue attenuation in the breast is a common artifact in myocardial perfusion imaging. It may artifactually affect the depiction of activity in the myocardial wall. If perfusion defect is seen on both stress & rest images and normal wall motion & wall thickness shown on ecg-gated spect then apparent fixed defect is an artifact of attenuation instead of an area of myocardial infarction.

: This would be an unlikely scenario or cause for an abnormal stress test as the pericardium would have to compress a coronary artery or branch. On the other hand, you're age and CAC would make coronary blockage unlikely unless spasm or endothelial dysfunction occurred. Did you have a nuclear stress study or echo study? I vote for a nuclear study&amp; hope a CT angiogram or catheterization won't be need

If you had a stress test and the results were positive for ischemia, then you need to see a cardiologist for further evaluation, but that is the extent of advice i can give you with the limited insight I have in your problem right now.

Talk to: yout doctor.  May be treated with medication.  Or you may need further treatment.  Before returning to work discuss with you doctor to be safe
