Sarna lotion: Drink water, use moisturizers such as sarna for sensitive skin, apply aveeno (oatmeal) bath oil when in the shower on your wash cloth, and use witch hazel for relief.  If you are still out of control see a doctor since it may mean you have anxiety.

Rash: Benadryl (diphenhydramine) & moisturizing creams are used commonly. If symptoms persist, consult your primary care doctor to find the cause & treat that.

Sarno lotion: Drink plenty of water, use moisturizers such as sarno since it stops the itching and use aveeno (oatmeal) bath oil in your wash cloth when in the shower.  Avoid very hot water when in the shower.  If this does not resolve the problem see a doctor as you may be showing signs of anxiety, .

Itchy skin.: Moisturize after your bath or shower.  Don't make water to hot.  Also creams a better in the winter if you have very dry skin.  I you have other symptoms such as weight loss or fatigue see your doctor.

Decrease drying: Decrease hot showers and strong soap or cleansers.  Appplication of moisturizer to skin which is slightly moist helps.

Dry Skin Tips: Find a good moisturizer, use it a couple times a day.  Consider using creams over lotions since they are more moisturizing.  Humidifiers may be appropriate if you live in a dry area.  See a dermatologist you may have a genetic condition, which is causing your dry skin.
