See your GYN: It is best to see your GYN so he/she can draw labwork - specifically serial quantitative serum HCGs (pregnancy hormone) to see if the levels are decreasing.  If the chemical abortion was effective, the HCG levels should be coming down.

PCOS: An OPK should only be positive for 1-2 days so the kit is incorrect. It means you have naturally high lh levels. Combined with the missed periods means most likely you have a disroder called polycystic ovarian syndrome. The OPK kits will most likely never work for you so you can save some money. But an evaluation by your obgyn is important.

Vitamins ok: It takes several weeks for the pregnancy hormone to be undetectable after a miscarriage, so your positive test is not unusual.  However, if there is a chance that you could be pregnant, I suggest continuing the vitamins, at least until everything is sorted out.

: If your pregnancy continues the baby should be unaffected by the experience. A pregnancy test may continue to be positive if testing was done too soon after or if the abortion was incomplete and did not fully pass.

Maybe: There is a "well" where the chemical that reacts with pregnancy hormone is placed.    If you look closely, you can see the well even with negative tests.   Also, if you leave the test out for awhile after a test, it will look positive.    If there is doubt, you have 2 options:   wait 2 or 3 days then the line will be really dark very quickly, or get a blood pregnancy test.
