No: Plan B should not be taken 2 days in a row. That will not increase its effectiveness but will increase the side effects. If you had unprotected intercourse a second time, you do increase the risk of failure however. Smoking: is bad for you in general.  I do not think that smoking interferes with the effectiveness of Plan B if that is what you are asking but smoking is not good for you in general

Don't think so: Haven't heard of excess hunger being a side effect of Plan B, but Plan B contains hormones that last at most a few days, which means any appetite changes would be temporary. Plan B can alter the menstrual bleeding pattern for the current cycle and sometimes the next cycle. Always check a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after using Plan B. Finally, for teens, sexual activity is never required.

Unlikely pregnant: Although iuds are not effective once they are removed, the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud may have a little bit of a lingering effect because of the hormonal component it includes.  You took the Plan B within the appropriate window so you should be covered.  Sounds like you might benefit from a reliable form of contraception now that the iud is gone.
