i don't have diabetes but within 30 minutes after i eat i get tired and dizzy. what can i do? i don't want to overeat.

Food Diary: if you want real advice and not just generic advise here is the way to get real help. First you keep a food diary for one week (There are many websites for this online).  If your food calories are more than 50% sugars or carbohydrates that is your problem. You must increase the proteins and decrease the sugars.  Second, you may need to eat six small meals per day a concept known as grazing.

Dizzy: May be a change in your blood sugar after you or a reaction to something you are eating. See your doctor and get some blood tests

?: Well, the sugar isn't doing it. You need a workup for dizziness. There are too numerous to count possibilities. Sugar isn't one of them, though.

Low blood volumer?: If you have a metabolic problem called the dumping syndrome, your blood sugar can fall dramatically after eating or your circulating blood volume may be temporarily depleted. Altho uncommon severe blood pressure changes following a meal can occur. All of these (and more) can cause your symptoms. See your doctor.

dizziness & vertigo -bp is good, but i mostly get dizzy for hours after i eat and lately when i dont eat. what test should i get?

Vestibular dysfxn: If vertigo a component,  a cardiac cause is unlikely.  Would check inner ear/vestibular imbalances first, partic if BP is stable and not orthostatic.

Likely bppv: You need to see an ENT  who can check you for benign positional vertigo. A self limiting and easy treatable condition.

Glycemic index: The speed that glucose gets into your system can trigger symptoms and sometimes a rebound hypoglycemia.  The glycemic index of different foods refers to that speed.  For example, a baked potato enters the system very quickly, but butter on the potato slows absorption of the sugars. Similar with white bread compared to wheat pita bread.  Consider looking into foods with a lower glycemic index.

does alchalasia commonly cause tracheobronchial aspiration where food & liquid go in the lungs? can it happen everytime after eating? i have a hard time breathing after i eat and sometimes get a little dizzy?

: Achalasia could make you prone to food and liquids getting into your lungs. Please see a doctor as achalasia can be treated with balloon dilatation and may not require surgery.
