Your : Your symptoms are non specific and could represent multiple issues like a urinary tract infection, vaginal infection, pregnancy and possibly miscarriage, intestinal infection, etc. Etc. The light blue discharge is very unusual. I am not sure what that signifies. 
By the date of this post 7 days have passed, i hope you have seen a medical provider if your symptoms persisted.

GYN: See your gyn for a pelvic exam. You should not bleed after sexual intercourse. I suggest abstaining until examined by gyn . Consider if you had adequate lubrication or if bleeding was related to position.

Menses: Given you had miscarriage 4 weeks ago it would not be unusual to have some discoloration. As long as no pain, fever or significant cramps I would expect your next cycle to be more your norm.

had mirena (levonorgestrel) coil fitted, spotting initially then stopped. had sex day after, was red blood then spotting again. is bleeding after sex normal with coil?

Last Period?: Typically the Mirena (levonorgestrel) is inserted during the menstrual flow, or shortly after, so sex two days later should not be an issue.  If your cycles were irregular or it was not inserted during your cycle, I personally recommend that my patients use backup birth control or not having sex for at least 7 days.

i had bright red spotting for 3 days after sex. it has stopped now. could it be implantation bleeding from having sex a week or so ago?

Implanting bleeding: In general bleeding that soon after sex is not implantation bleeding.  Any further answer here would be pure speculation since you did not include any information about your menstrual cycles and where you were at when you were sexually active.

Need evaluation : The amount of hormone in Mirena does decrease slowly over 5 years &amp; that may be the problem, but there can be other causes such as cervical or vaginal infections which should be ruled out.  I recommend to call the doctor who placed the Mirena for advice on what to do but likely will want to examine you &amp; possibly do some lab work.

Maybe: Birth control pill doses have become much lighter than they used to be. Spotting during the pill pack may indicate that higher dose bcp may be needed to maintain the lining of the uterus. Of course, other factors that are more serious may be at play. See your doctor for an evaluation.

Spotting ?: Spotting after one's period and after sex may be related to inflammation of the cervix, caused by tampons used during menses, or irritation of the cervix with sexual activity. Your GYN physician can treat this with either hot or cold cautery, and it will stop.
