Right sided abd pain: Could be gallbladder,pancreas or muscle wall pain from coughing. or colonic gas, rarely kidneys, or retroperitoneal mass  I have seen right sided pneumonia causing upper abdominal pain . Would follow up with doc consider Chest xray and or abdominal ultrasound

Cough: You can strain the muscles, between your ribs with intense coughing.  Try an anti-inflammatory for the discomfort.  It usually gets better with time.  Rarely, however, rib fractures can be seen, but the pain would be considerable.

Cough: In general, a symptom of coughing can first be addressed by over the counter measures. Cough specific syrups or tablets are readily available. Decongestant medicines can help if the cough is related to sinus drainage. Giving the cough ample time to clear is advisable but if you develop fevers, shortness of breath, chest pains, or bloody sputum, it may be time to see your doctor.

Troubles urinating or having a bowel movement.  Being overweight makes back problems more likely. Weight loss, and back exercises are helpful to relieve and eliminate chronic back problems.

Neuritis: Pain in the lower abdomen that is exacerbated by coughing or lifting is commonly an abdominal wall neuritis and not usually the ovary (unless it is quite enlarged).  Try a heating pad and if the pain improves even a little while the heat is on this means it is fairly superficial pain and not deep down in the area of your bowels or ovary.  Neuritis pain will resume after heat pad removed

A few options: Pleurisy, rib cartilage sprain (from really severe coughing), muscle injury (again from all the coughing). Usually one of those. Other options include complications of pneumonia and infection or inflammation of the heart lining.

Rib Issue?: Get an evaluation as it sounds like you may have a rib out of place that could be getting aggravated with coughing/laughing, etc.

Chest pain: Pain with breathing is pleurisy. Many different causes and sometimes no clear reason why it is occurring. Forceful coughing can lead to pleuritic pain which can be unilateral or bilateral. Infections and musculoskeletal injuries can cause and mimic (respectively) pleuritic pain.
