Pushing yourself: Hard is one thing but pushing yourself too hard for too long can  be harmful. It is catching up with you.

Symptoms : I suggest you start with a clinic visit to a Gynecologist. She will take your full history, examine you, and order laboratory tests. Results should be available within a day or two and your Gynecologist will discuss things with you when results are in.    Please let me know how things go.

It's not like that.: Adrenaline (epinephrine) is produced in your adrenal glands and is an important signaling molecule in your autonomic nervous system.  The word autonomic refers to the fact that it runs automatically, on its own, without any input from us.  If you're referring to your energy levels, try a more balanced diet and better rest.

with low blood cortisol in mornings, (but negative addison's testing). is it usual pattern to feel worse (sick dizzy weak) a day after a stressful event? rather than at the actual time when adrenaline was pumping?

i get acid reflux after eating a lot, i've taken antiacids which didn't work, proton pump inhibitors which didn't work well, h-pylori was negative. ive cut out all foods that have a risk and done everything adviced like raising the bed.

Reflux: It sounds based on your post that the reflux symptoms happen after you eat a lot. The main  change will be reducing the quantity of food eaten at one meal. Stay in touch with your pediatrician and gastroenterologist. Usually work up is needed in order to assign symptoms appropriately. Losing weight if overweight will be critical in the long run.

"Pop" claim: This speculation by some physiologists is dogma in some  circles (especially the anti-refined sugar folks) but has little experimental support. Bread and potatoes produce almost as sharp a glucose spike as candy and fruit / juice, but they're more nutritious. The familiar postprandial shakiness is indeed about a rapid catecholamine response -- think stress, caffeine, etc.

Raises : They will cause a rise in blood pressure by constricting blood vessels/arterioles and raises the heart rate by stimulating the beta receptor.

Fear & anxiety: Why would you want to increase Adrenalin in the first place. It is the natural hormone of "fight or flight" and there is no known cause for too low adrenalin. See a doctor if you have symptoms you've attributed to low adrenaline - it could be something else.
