Tissue paper: While the best choice would obviously be a facial tissue or toilet paper, a leaf could be an effective alternative.  There is a big depends, though.  It depends on your choice of leaves.  There are many that could be safe, but many that would not be.  If you haven't had itching or rash from where it contacted your face, you'll probably be okay.  If you need again, use a part of your clothes.

: Lymecycline is a form of tetracycline, an antibiotic.  Side effects are nausea, diarrhea, and taking Epiduo is frequently used in conjunction with Lymecycline without specific contraindications.

Nasal spray: No if used conservatively and for short duration

Tell your doctor: Decongestant could help, but you want to talk to your doctor about the symptom, you might need an aantihistaminic, a leukotreine inhibitor, and more importantly revising your next dosage in the schedule

Your body will say: Is there any particular reason you shouldn't eat raw salmon, e.g., an allergy?  Your body would let you know if you ate something bad for you.  Otherwise, if it was prepared well there should be no adverse effects and there's no need to be nervous.  Many people enjoy sushi regularly.

Likely no: Music invokes feelings and emotions, moreso for some people depending on the music.  This is typically a good thing so would not count there being any negative adverse effects -- unless there are uncomfortable shoes involved.

Depends: Post nasal drip is a feeling and not a clinical condition or a pathological entity. It is that abnormal feeling of mucus in the throat and it can be due to many different causes ranging from allergies, sinus infections and viruses to atypical reflux  or a reaction to things that you eat and drink. I have cured more people of "postnasal drip" by having them stop drinking coffee tea and soda.

Accepted Answer

Antihistamine: The decongestant that you cannot take is phenylephrine.  This medication can be sold individually or packaged with other medications when the label indicates "-d" such as claritin-d.  Antihistamine, on the other hand, is not a problem for most patients with heart disease.

Possibly: Overdosing is technically speaking when you take more of a medicine than is prescribed. If you mean, can you get a serious medical complication from overuse, the answer is that it is possible, but uncommon. Overuse of nasal decongestants like afrin can lead to insomnia, increased heart rate and nervousness. Risk of more serious side effects higher if you have hypertension or heart disease.
