Not appropriate: Adderal is specific for certain diagnoses. It is not for attempting to increase energy during drug withdrawal.  You could wind up needing to be detoxed from the adderal.

Yes: wont affect how the adderal works, but may make you drowsy to take methadone with it.  you will still be able to focus better, but you may be tired.  or not, depends on the effect that opioids have on you

See below:  If you are on Methadone for addiction, this is technically illegal.  Although legal as an adjunct to pain treatment, I have never seen more than a short term improvement.  However, some docs do this regularly. (Doesn't make it right or strong)

It's what it does: Adderall can improve focus in almost anyone. Benefit from its use does not make you ADD. As a mixed salt of methamphetamine it was used in that manner by truck drivers for years before it became a listed Schedule 2 prohibited drug. Use it at your own risk, the feds equate use without a valid prescription as if it were cocaine.

ADD medication : Need more information to help but the medication usually works similar with similar side effects. At times one medication may work better than another so speak with your provider
