Many causes exist: But the possibility that it may be an appendicitis, kidney stone, or ovarian problem among others would be reason enough to have it checked out if it lasts more than an hour or so. If there is an associated fever, it should be checked out right away.

Unlikely: Kidney pain is in upper back. Your lt lower back pain is unlikely secondary to kidney. Also you have rt shoulder and upper arm pain and tenderness- unlikely to be related.

Conservative rx : Initial team is conservative.  Gentle range of motion exercises. Anti-inflammatory like Motrin or Naprosyn (naproxen). Soak in the bath with Epson salt and Warmwater 20 minutes/day x 3.  Request muscle relaxer, mild, from Primary care doctor. If symptoms persist, then you need to be in person

See Doctor: Many things can cause acute back pain.  Kidney stones are very common, but other conditions can also cause acute back pain. Herniated discs can also cause this.  In persons older than 55 aortic aneurysms must also be considered as a cause of back pain.  They can occur without abdominal pain, and are life threatening.  Go to urgent care or emergency department immediately.

Possibly: Common shoulder injuries at your age include sprains/strains, labral tears, & other soft tissue trauma. The rotator cuff is less often injured. Inflammatory issues include bursitis & tendinitis.  See your doctor for an evaluation.

It means: no abnormal findings that are new or that could have occurred in the near past.  This is in contrast to "chronic" or "old appearing" findings, which may be seen incidentally on xrays or other diagnostic imaging studies.
