Irregular: If your periods are irregular, you are not ovulating consistently. It can be very difficult to sort out when you ovulate with irregular cycles, but the chlamydia has no effect on cycle regularity. You may wish to sort this out with a gyn doctor in-office, doubt anyone can give you more spcifics online.

will a standard urinalysis show an abnormal result if infected with chlamydia, even if not testing specifically for that?

Urinalysis: Chlamydia often causes an urethritis, which typically causes leukocytes to appear in urine.  So, in a purely nonspecific way, the urine sample could reveal leukocytes but not reveal why or cause  -- importantly, genital tissue can harbor chlamydia without urethritis, particularly in females - and the UA then would not reveal any abnormality -- so the UA is not a reliable screen for Chlamydia.

Yeast: No it is not common, unless your partner is cheating.  But you need a chlamydia test to rule out chlamydia.

Depends: If the abnormality is inflammatory change it could be from Chlamydia. In any case you should get HPV vaccine.
Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, if you do.

Abnormal....: Cells can be seen on a pap if inflammation is present. Chlamydia will cause inflammation, so yes, in a sense. There are lots of different kinds of abnormal paps so if you were told that you have an abnormal pap and need a procedure to figure out why, you should get that done. Do not assume it was from chlamydia. Also don't assume that you have chlamydia because your pap is abnormal. Good luck!

i went to go get tested in february came out positive with chlamydia and i dont know how long i couldve had it for but i took antibiotics for it and my abnormal discharge went away but i am still experiencing swelling down there and dont know why.

Evaluation: I am glad you were treated.  However, if you are experiencing persistent swelling you should be seen. Chlamydia typically does not cause swelling.  However, other associated infections can.  Get checked by a provider.

Relationship complex: Hpv does not automatically mean cancer. The relationship between cancer formation & hpv infection is complex, as there are many subtypes of hpv: some carry a high risk of cancer, while others do not.
