Too many to list: There are dozens of acupuncture points on the neck and back. The acupuncturist chooses points depending on the specific nature of the symptoms and on what they find on exam of the individual.

Acupuncture point: One of the points that is commonly used is the li4 point; which is on the large intestine principal meridian.  Your acupuncturist will be familiar with the location of this point. This should not be needled in pregnant women. There are other points used that can be reviewed with your acupuncturist.

A 35-week pregnant woman with contractions can call her Ob-Gyn doctor and go get examined at the doctor's office or at the hospital's labor and delivery ward. The doctor will be checking for preterm labor, which can lead to a preterm birth. The goal is to get to at least 38 weeks, so it is important to be examined if having contractions.

Induce Labor: No!  It's dangerous, especially for the baby.  Talk to your provider and stop taking bad advice.

Letting your labor naturally start is always safer for you and your baby. Unless of course, you are going too far past your due date.

No.: Golden seal does not induce labor. And it is not safe to induce labor at 38 weeks without a medical indication.

Don't do it!: Unapproved indication in pregnancy, could stimulate forceful contractions and dehydration from diarrhea, a combination likely to lead to fetal asphyxia and death.
Use of castor oil as a laxative during pregnancy should be avoided.
