tretinoin (retin a), Adapalene (differin), tazorac

topical clindamycin, benzoyl peroxide, erythromycin, sulfur/sulfacetamide

cysts:
oral doxycyline, minocycline, tetracycline, accutane.

Acne: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day &amp; use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider OTC products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide).  Retinoids/ comedone extractor can be helpful for black heads. If &gt; mild acne see dermatology.

I would suggest: gentle facial cleansing with baby soap and the use of OTC 5-10% benzoyl peroxide gel or cream. Retin A- should be used only if other products are not working; however it is an EXCELLENT medication: do not use both products together.

Seborrheic derm: Not baby acne, more likely seborrheic dermatitis (cradle cap). Use aquaphor to all affected areas and gently scrape out the crust. Probably not an allergic reaction. The good news is that they grow out of it. Attach a pic if you can :)
