Acne is a serious, chronic, non-lifestyle-related disease that needs to be managed even if you have to deal with dry skin. Options for you now include spironolactone, the oral contraceptive pill, and isotretinoin.

Systemic Rx: Acne is a chronic, serious disease that's not lifestyle related. You need to get with your physician as home remedies and benzoyl peroxide usually fail against acne on the trunk. Gland infection?: You may be describing infected sebaceous glands. This is a nuisance for many young adult men. Don't shave or if you do, discard the razor each time. Try washing more than once a day and use a new towel often. Don't pop the pimples.

Tea Tree Oil: Consider a course of treatment with tea tree oil.  It can be very powerful, so make sure you dilute it, specially around the eyes.  My patients tell me that a single drop in a small cup of water is all they can tolerate!

i recommend you also see an ophthalmologist to help you in the proper course of treatment for the eyes.
