You need to see: A dr immediately, if none available you need to go to the emergency room. A clot in your calf needs to be ruled out, please do not delay, you are a perfect age for a clot.....This is possibly a medical emergency.

pain tingling in calf and pain in arch of foot.  numbness in achilles.   slight swelling at base of calf muscle in right leg.  any ideas what's wrong?

Calf pain: can be several things:
1. tingling and numbness usually represent nerve pain - the sural nerve runs behind the calf muscle and could be pinched
2. the pain in the arch could be tednonitis - the posterior tibial tendon - when injured it can cause deep calf soreness and arch pain especially behind the ankle area.
3. tarsal tunnel syndrome 
I would suggest you see a Podiatrist or Foot &amp; Ankle doctor

Sciatica: See a neurologist a physician with expertise in nerves. The symptoms of leg numbness, weakness, tingling are due to nerve impingement.
There are various meds, treatments for sciatica. Orthopedics also deals with these symptoms
Start with your PCP and move forward with getting these symptoms resolved to start feeling better.

L4 Radiculopathy: Disk herniations at l4-5, could cause pressure to either the L4 or L5 nerves or both. L5 would cause the outside of the calf and top of the foot to be affected. Weakness bringing the toes and ankle up may be present. L5-s1 hnp could cause s1 nerve pressure with back of calf painful and sensations in heel and sole of foot. Any weakness would be in gastroc. Mri would answer definitively.

Pain: There are many reasons for calf pain but if you have traveled a long distance or it is swollen you should get an ultrasound to rule out a clot. If not. Then check you electrolytes by getting your blood drawn.

Nerve root irritatio: Numbness is always a sign of nerve irritation.  You need to be examined by a neurologist or rehabilitation medicine specialist for presence of nerve root irritation from the spine and get appropriate treatment.

Many things: There are many reasons for you to have the above described symptoms!  It could be as simple as a muscle strain or cramp.  Sometimes, diabetes and or hormonal imbalances could present with fatigue and numbness.

i started jogging about 3-4 km after some days achilles tendon hurts when i jogg so i stoped jogging starts walking 5-6 km nothing hurts while walking lit bit calf hurts sometimes.can overuse of calf muscle cause little bit numbness in feet?

: And describing quite well a problem with your Achilles tenant. It is the worst healing injury in the foot and ankle. It can be very difficult to resolve. You need to to learn how to ice massage with ice from a frozen Dixie cup. and stretch your calf and Achilles tendon. While you are walking you are not putting as much stress and stretch in the tendon. Ibuprofen or Aleve is helpful.
