No: Take with food for best result. Best results from taking each dose. The more doses you miss the more likely you will need to extend the total length of therapy. You do not give your weight. Probably you will soon be on 80mg a day. You will need to grease your lips.

One thing to think about is whether you, a young woman, have a little more androgen on board than the next lady, and if so why that might me & whether it's something you'd want to address (it's your chemistry & your choice). Check with physician: You should check with your hair transplant surgeon.  Low dose Accutane is metabolized into vitamin a in the body.  High doses can cause some hair thinning.  See your dermatolgist.

i recently got on birth control and 20mg of accutane that i have to take 3x a week for my mild acne, i accidentally took 2 pills of accutane today when it was time for my birth control. will i be okay with such a high dosage today and should i skip?
