Jaw problem: considering your age I am wondering if you are currently in braces or using any orthodontic appliances? A jaw popping could be associated with your TMJ. You should definitely talk to your dentist about it and if under ortho treatment, with your orthodontist

Sinus,dental,poss.: The jaw pain could indicate a sinus or dental problem such as an abscess, which can sometimes cause eye pain , as well. If you have nasal congestion or a cold or sinus symptoms see your medical doctor. If you think you could have a cavity or have any tooth pain, see a dentist. There are other possibilities which would require some blood tests.

TMJ: Sounds like tmj. There are no recognised specialists. Your best bet is to call the local dental society for a dentist with special training for this.

The hit/overexercise: Probably the over-exercising and being hit in the jaw/head that is causing your dizziness. Mild, brief fever should not be causing dizziness
fluid, rest...If dizziness gets worse, check with your doc.

TMJ?: Consider seeing a dentist for evaluation of TMJ (temporomandibular joint) dysfunction. It is often the result of grinding and/or clenching of the jaw, particularly during sleep. A mouth guard can be very helpful, either made by the dentist or purchasing a moldable appliance over the counter.
