Thanks for asking!: Males with unrepaired hypospadias often have a downward directed urinary stream.  Some boys with hypospadias are born with a very small urine opening (meatal stenosis) which causes a narrow, long distance, high pressure stream.  Males who have had a  hypospadias repair, may have an abnormal stream due to post operative complications such as meatal stenosis, urethral stricture, or a urethral fistula.

At your tender age don't neglect having it treated.Please visit a doctor.nurse prctitioner,or a city/county health facility.
In the meantime drink a small glass of cranberry juice three times a day
If you have these symptoms after intercourse,void immediately, drink fluids,cranberry juice,take vitamin   C 1000 mg twice a day for 2-3 days after meals

Contaminated specime: The urine was clearly not collected using a clean midstream catch and is contaminated with vaginal secretions.  A UTI with more than a single organism is a rarity and would have to be further evaluated by experts. Disregard these results, they mean nothing.

Ti is probably: not a good urine specimen and is contaminated (not a clean catch) with the large amount of epithelial cells and multiple organisms.  You need a better quality specimen to be tested.

Urethral stricture?: It sounds like you might have a urethral stricture, which on rare occasions might result from infection or irritation from a catheter. Prostate problems are the most common explanation overall, but uncommon at your age. For sure see your doctor soon about this; s/he probably will refer you to a urologist.

what does abnormal urine culture mean? i've been using ciprofloxacin for the last week for a uti infection. lately not much improvement.

Confirm UTI? Or STD?: It sounds like the culture just confirmed your UTI. However, UTIs are uncommon in males your age. Are you sure it wasn't a urine test for gonorrhea or chlamydia? These STDs, or nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) are often misdiagnosed as UTI and are much more common. Check back with your doctor.
